Pacific Northwest Family Groups is an online guide dedicated to providing family members, friends, co-workers, and loved ones of those struggling with alcohol or drug addiction with helpful resources in Oregon and Washington. If someone you love is suffering from substance use disorder, you may want to consider attending an Al-Anon or Nar-Anon family meeting.

Al-Anon is the sister organization to Alcoholics Anonymous, and Nar-Anon is the sister organization to Narcotics Anonymous. They are both 12-step groups dedicated to the loved ones of alcoholics and drug addicts.

It can be difficult to be the loved one of someone who suffers from addiction, and sometimes you need to find a supportive community of like-minded people who understand what you are going through. Al-Anon and Nar-Anon meetings are perfect for people who are in need of this.

Have a look around our website for more information and meeting times.
